The Dancing Couple LbNA #62925

This box is very special to me and I’m sure you will find it special too! This box is to honor a very special lady that is near and dear to the heart of my church family…Mrs. Irene Gentile! When my Grandma Perrin passed away the very next Sunday Grandma Gentile came up to me in church and said simply “I am old enough to be everyone’s grandma around here. You can always call me Grandma.” And looking at her face and that sweet smile I knew that she was completely genuine and wasn’t just saying it to make me feel better. That was probably the most comforting thing that was said to me at that time and it absolutely meant the world to me! Before she passed away she told her family that she could see her husband Ernest dancing in Heaven waiting for her. As everyone else in our church it brought tears to my eyes. They were the cutest couple I have ever seen! So this box is not only serves to honor her memory but the love that her and Ernest had for each other. I have included a picture of the 2 of them on the front of the box so you too can see how cute they are!

Go to the Yantic Riverview Park on Stockhouse Rd in Bozrah. Follow the gravel path downstream till you get to the last bench. You will see a hill, go up it and look to your left and see a make shift fire pit. As you are walking to the fire pit look to your left and notice 2 boulders right inside the tree line. Go to the 2nd one and at its base under a few rocks you will find The Dancing Couple. Bring black ink since none is in the box. I hope you enjoy! I planted it at this park because our church is right around the corner. We were able to be blessed with her presence for a number of years and I wanted to be able to share and honor her legacy with everyone  I know that at this moment they are probably dancing in Heaven with each other once again.
