I would of loved to place this letterbox near the Federal and State Prisons that reside in the Village of Otisville, but unfortunately that was not available to do.
So I decided to plant the letterbox in close proximity of the prisons.
The Veterans Memorial Park is located on Main Street in the Village of Otisville. Find a parking spot in the Park. Once you park go to the Flag Pole and take a moment to remember those who have served in our Military. From the flagpole turn to your right and start walking down the dirt track. On your right you will see a culvert with walls made of stone, cross over the culvert, and walk until you come into a clearing and you see a hill on your right(the local kids usually go sleigh riding down this hill in the winter) Continue onto a grass trail in front of you. You will see a birdhouse in front of you, the trail is to the left of the birdhouse. Walk down the grassy trail, on your left you will see a triple trunk tree, walk 22 steps past the tree and look to the left and you will see a tree that was possibly struck by lightning.(approx 25 steps into the woods) There you shall find "Behind Bars"
