(Clue edited 9/26/12 due to a tree that was lost in a late summer storm.)
Water Tower Park is located at the corner where Division Street meets E Verleen in Waunakee. To start your search, sit on the blue bench in this park and count the number of trees surrounding the play area. As you sit on the bench look to your left. Moving in that direction, stand two steps past the the bench. Turn and face the water tower. Take the number of trees you counted, add one, and then multiply that number by 5. Walk forward that number of paces. Look around on the ground for a metal circle with a word on it. Stand on that circle with your back to the tower. Count the number of letters in the word on the circle and square that number. Walk forward approximately the equivalent number of paces to find another metal circle in the ground with a word on it. On your left will be an item which was built in St. Louis. Look on this item for the year it was built. Add each digit of the year together for a total sum. With your back to the street and play area, walk forward this number of paces. Look to your right for a large rock in front of an old fence post. Go to the rock. The letterbox is located behind the second tree to your right.
