This letterbox has been placed for Gananda Girl Scout Troop 40844 to help earn their letterboxing patch. This should be an easy find.
-Enter Ginegaw Park at the Route 441 entrance. Take the second left, which is the parking lot for the Lodge at Ginegaw Park and the open pavilion. Park in the lot between the lodge and pavilion.
-Start walking toward the pavilion, then head to your right towards the woods. You will see a sign for the Ginegaw Trail. This is where you enter the woods.
-You will remain on the main trail. When you come to a fork in the trail, stay to your right.
-Pass over a small wooden bridge.
-About 70 paces after you cross a metal drainpipe, look to your left. You will see what looks like a trail, but it stops after reaching the top of a small hill.
-The container is hidden at the top of this hill behind the small tree on the left. You can see its roots exposed. The box is under a piece of bark.
