Destination Truth - Lizard Man

On this episode of Destination Truth... Josh and his team travel to Saginaw, MI to investigate sightings of the Lizard Man of Scape Ore Swamp.

Narrated by Josh Gates
I'm Josh Gates. In my travels I've seen some unexplainable things, and I've done some things I can't quite explain. Now, I've pulled together a team armed with the latest technology in the search for answers to the world's strangest mysteries. I'm not sure what's out there waiting for me but I know what I'm looking for. The truth.

The tale of the Lizard Man started back in 1988 when Christopher Davis of Lee County in South Carolina claims he was attacked by a 7 ft. tall bipedal creature with scaly lizard like skin. Also noted was the distinct red glow of the creature's eyes. Between then and now there have been only a handful of sightings and of those even fewer creditable accounts. With this in mind we have assembled a team consisting of myself, Ryder, (insert the names of your team members here) We start our investigation from 5470 along the road matching the original eyewitness' last name. From here we will scout the area and make our base camp. While Ryder fills our ears with tales of her youth, we fill our mouths with the local's version of Grasshoppers. Assured that Ryder got her badge in boring stories we headed east down the trail. Recent reports have told us we needed to enter the forest at 778. Once inside, we will keep an eye out for smaller lizards who seem to follow the Lizard Man as he traverses the woods. With luck they will lead us to an encounter with the monster.

With our evidence in hand we bring our investigation to a close. Further analysis will be needed before we can say there is any truth to the stories of the Lizard Man of Scape Ore Swamp. Until next time, I'm Josh Gates for Destination Truth.
