Clarice entered the Hayes Township Cemetery on a rainy cold night. Her car had broken down on the way home from a business conference. "What a creepy place to have to stop" she thought. She sat in her car with caution lights on, but no one stopped. It was the middle of the night, so she couldn't really blame anyone. Her cell phone battery had died and the car wouldn't even give out enough power to charge her phone. After her eyes adjusted to the darkness, Clarice thought she saw a light moving in the cemetery. She immediately thought it was someone with a flashlight. She thought they must have a car in here somewhere. The thought of danger barely crossed her mind. Clarice got out of the car and almost regretted it right away. She was still wearing her heels and the cold rain didn't feel so great on her skin. "Oh well" she thought. She walked to the back of the cemetery. The light was further away than she thought. She did a quick glance around and didn't notice another vehicle. "It must be near a tree is all" she thought to herself. She discovered a pathway and walked down it. Sander's Memorial Garden is what she had entered. The light had disappeared. Clarice started to get nervous. She heard footsteps on the brick walkway coming in her direction...but from behind her. "Hello? Is there someone here?" She called out. The brick path ended. She kept moving forward. Footsteps quickening behind her. She ran between a few trees, barely avoided colliding into a bench, and then crashed into a fence segment. She didn't know it was just a segment. Clarice thought she was trapped. She followed the fence to the right and immediately discovered the opening in the fence. Her eyes adjusted again. There was a skinny tree, an average tree, and an odd looking two trunker. She walked between the latter two. She ran to the right; determinded to follow the fence line until she was hopefully out of the cemetery. However, just when the fence began to turn, Clarice tripped. She got up and threw her shoes into the trees. One landed behind a thick tree trunk about 8 steps away. Can you find it? Clarice never made it back to her car. The mute grave digger gave this information to the police when she was reported missing.
