**RETIRED AS OF 5/30/12.**

Another round of the box of the month has started and I am excited to be part of it yet again. This is your chance to see some amazing creations from letterboxers all over the country.
Each month a new box by a different letterboxer will be placed in the same location. It will only stay in place until approximately the last week of the month (around the 25th) as it needs time to move along to its next stop before the new month begins. The final contribution to this ring (mine) will stay there permanently.
I hope you will enjoy this series..., PLEASE remember to be discrete and to re-hide these boxes as well, if not better, than you found them!! That way, whoever decides to look for it will have the pleasure of finding it.

From route 32 in Franklin, heading towards Norwich, take a left onto route 207. Follow this until you pass Under the Mountain Road on the right. Almost immediately after that you will see a large, paved, pull-off area on your left. This is the parking area for Bailey's Ravine.
After you have parked, get out and face the large wooden sign. See the white trail to your right? The one that goes just about straight up and can be treacherous at times? Well, there are many wonderful boxes along that trail as well as some gorgeous views, BUT you do not need to go up it to find the box of the month!! PHEW!!!!!
Now look to your left and see where the metal guardrail meets what is left of the old wooden ones. Go to that spot and you should see an unmarked, but well worn, trail heading downhill.
Take that trail and walk alongside the waterway. This is a short walk and really just a tad over a drive-by. You will quickly come to a spot where there is a large, layered rock on your right, just a couple steps off trail with a two sister tree behind it. Go behind this rock and behind the left hand sister. At its base, under a rock and some bark you will find the wonderful Blackberry Fairy letterbox...... by Mazy Days of Texas.
After logging in, please re-hide this box and naturalize the area.
Enjoy and I hope you come back each month to see the newest addition.
