I am 8 years old and this letterbox is my very first. I started this as a project for my Brownie Girl Scout troop, after I learned about letter boxing from my cousins in Connecticut. Yes, my name is Grace, and any boxes I create will somehow have my name within it.
Super easy trail!
Distance: 0.5 miles
Directions: Route 101 West (heading from Bedford), or East (heading from Milford/Keene)to exit for route 122 in Amherst. From Bedford, turn right off the exit. From Milford/Keene, turn left off the exit. Drive just 0.6 miles to traffic light, turn right onto Boston Post Road. Continue straight through 4-way stop sign. Pass Mike's Garage on left and take next left onto Foundry Street. After 9th house on right, you'll come to a cemetary. Take the 2nd entrance (across from Davis Lane)into the cemetary. Follow dirt road to back of cemetary and take a right. Walk until you see a large headstone on left marked "Hartshorn." There are two bushes on either side of the headstone. You will find the box under the left bush.
