Punky is a 7#, 17 year old cat that has "tamed" every kind of tree there is in upstate NY. She now travels to Daytona Beach in the winters and has started to "tame" all the different kinds of trees down here. This LB is to acknowledge her efforts to "tame" Florida's palm trees.
Punky is now 18 yrs old and now weighs 6#. This LB was muggled and has been relocated and updated. The following clues are now correct:
Punky left us for the BIG SCRATCHING POST in the sky in October however she told me to update this box because the plaques in the clues went missing. The clues listed below are now current as of 1/13/14.
Clues: Lenox Park ......... S. Grandview Ave; between Lenox Ave. and Ribault Ave.
This is a Micro-Box.........no ink pad and no pen are included.
In the southernmost corner of the Park
1. find the "Leadership Daytona XXV" (headstone); take a magnetic bearing of 258°.
2. find the " ONE WAY" sign; take a magnetic bearing of 170°.
3. find the "Crotty & Bartlett, PA" brick amongst the other paving bricks; take a magnetic bearing of 345°.
Where these 3 bearings meet; 4 1/2 feet up is the spot where
"Punky Does Daytona" resides (under the "cap"). Please re-hide well (replace the cap well) and let me know how you made out. Thanks.
