For a split second, both Harry and Riddle, wand still raised, stared at it. Then, without thinking, without considering, as though he had meant to do it all along, Harry seized the basilisk fang on the floor next to him and plunged it straight into the heart of the book.

Go just outside San Fransico’s Golden Gate Park, to the ruins of the Sutro Baths (opened to the public as the world's largest indoor swimming pool establishment on March 14, 1896). Park below the Cliff House, off Point Lobos Ave. Walk past the eerie, gnarled trees to the bath ruins below. Facing the base of the stairs is a ruin of a building with 8 windows. Climb in at the window that is 3 from the right. In the first section of the room, in the corner closest to the ocean and the house on the hill above, there’s a tree branch. Under the rock beneath the branch is the first horcrux: Tom Riddle’s Diary.
