Two little campers and one not so small
Art Camp’s great fun for one and all.
Painting and crafting, beading and such
Thinking, designing, the creative touch.
Taking a break to ride to the Camp Sherman store
Getting an ice cream, movie and more.
Looking at critters left and right
Watching for stars to fall at night.
From the fireman’s hall you’ll follow the trail
When you come to the end, you’ll pick up your mail.
But wait . . . . . a junction you’ll sight
A lake to the left, the stream to the right.
Go straight ahead and watch for a Vee
It’s in a group – one of three.
Not the one that’s a snag or that’s straight and tall
Look through the Vee - one seems ready to fall.
On the ground you’ll find a right angle
In the corner under needles in a tangle,
Under bark and tucked away
The letterbox we hid today!
Please be sure you rehide it well,
Many walkers and riders think the trail’s swell.
