This letter box journey begins in southern Sheboygan at a state park that features massive sand dunes and has kohler in it's name. Find this park and go to Parking lot number 2. Take the cord trail marked with a large rock and trail marker map.the cord walk sign has a nature center mileage of .6 mile. This trail will take you south. When you come to a "y" stay to your right. You will see a large tree on your left directly next to the cord walk. You are getting close. The cord walk will go up and over a huge dune. When you see the largest birch with many crooked limbs to your left ( it is at the base of the dune)head to it. Look inside the hole on its east side. (In the heart of the tree)You have found the dune box. Stamp up and enjoy this parks beautiful trails.
