The Happy T@Bber is on the road to adventure. Along the Wild and Scenic North Umpqua River you will find abundant campgrounds and opportunities for trail and river travel.
Watch as you travel Highway 138 for campgrounds with raft launch/takeout sites. You're not looking for gravel or a girl's creek, but for equine footwear.
At the raft launch, take a moment to ponder whether you want to float or simply watch. As you ponder, wander from the sign toward the river 12 steps and look to the right at a fallen friend. At its side mossy rocks form a vee. Under the left side, close to the back, under moss and debris, sits the Happy T@Bber.
Please recover thoroughly. This is a very popular spot for rafters and others. Enjoy!
