Find White Park in Concord, NH. It is between Pleasant Street, Liberty Street, White Street, and Washington Street. Recently, it was voted one of the top ten parks in NH! We have seen ducks, caterpillars, dogs, other bugs, squirrels, fish, butterflies, chipmunks, seagulls, other birds, toads, but no bunnies. Now White Park has a bunny and it is a peaceful bunny!

Park on the street or in the parking lot off of White Street. Find the rainbow playground. Go to the playground and PLAY!!!! (Or you can play after your letterbox find.) While at the playground, look for the pool. Walk towards the pool and go to the right side of the pool. Walk past the pool (the pool will now be on your left) and look for a trail on the right going up a hill. Go on this trail until it levels off and there’s a big boulder on the left. Go on this left trail. By the boulder. Walk down and up straight about 55-60 steps. On your left, look for the log on the ground. Look behind the log under some rocks to find Peaceful Bunny. This is our 6 year old’s first carved stamp! Bring your own ink, please. PLEASE REHIDE WELL and be sneaky because we want this box to last a long time. There might even be a special treat in there for you….

This letterbox is suitable for all ages! It's not a long walk.

Feel free to explore the park. Things you can do there:

In winter, you can sled, ice skate (you can rent skates!), and play ice hockey.

In the spring, you can go to the Easter Egg Hunt on the Saturday before Easter Sunday (usually at 10:30 am, but get there EARLY), look at the flowering trees and bushes, watch for the ducks’ return, fly a kite.

In the summer, you can bring bread and feed the ducks (and fish!!), play floor hockey, go fishing (for kids), go to the pool (if you are a Concord resident or you can buy a season pass), and take a walk.

In the fall, you can enjoy the beautiful colors and the ducks are still around.

You can ALWAYS enjoy the playground! One of the best in our opinion.

Have fun!
