A fun summer playground lies just south of Mountain in Oconto County. This campground/park is the place to go for a natural water slide, and it is the location of this letterbox. Just north of the Junction of Hwy 32 and 64 is the road to this famous park. Follow the signs to the swimming area and begin at the parking lot.
To start your search, cross over the dam and travel down the main dirt road, along the edge of the man-made lake. Keep to the right until the road splits before the iron gate. Then take the path to the left that leads along the base of the rock outcropping.
Keep walking until you see the natural water slide. Slide down if you want, but to find this letterbox you will need to cross over to the east side of the stream. Look for the tree with four trunks, and the letterbox will be in the crack in the rock behind them.
This can be a busy area in the summer, so be careful that no one sees.
