After parking, please make your way to the metal mobile in front of the observatory. This is the starting point. Count 35 paces to a street light covered by trees to the right of the mobile. Follow the curb left of the street light 28 paces to a set of stairs. Use these two pace counts as measurement for you pace length. Take the path either direction you choose. Stop when the path has three trees in a line with one tree in the path itself. Choose the pine tree to the north, and count 35 paces to a large oak tree. Continue on the path counting 20 paces to another pine tree. Count 18 paces veering right and ahead to another pine tree. Count 12 paces veering left and ahead to the letterbox location. It was an inspiring location!
