SEASONAL LETTERBOX AVAILABLE MAY THROUGH OCTOBER
The Porcupine Mountains Wilderness State Park offers a variety of overnight accommodations, one of which is cabin and yurt rentals. Since the park was established in 1945, there have become a total of 19 rustic cabins and 4 yurts. 4 of the cabins and all of the yurts are open year around. Remember, cabins are only for those who have made reservations. More information on the cabins in the park can be obtained at the Visitor Center.
Off of South Boundary Road there will be a parking lot for the Log Camp cabin users. Park here. Walk beyond the gate 19 paces. On your left you will see a huge fallen hallow tree. If you explore around to the other end, your letterbox is waiting.
