"SNOG" for the London Girls

I hid this box for four of the best friends a girl could ever have. I began college at the age of 42. In the summer of 2009, I decided to take a study abroad trip to London, England. { and by the way, I did letterbox while I was there} Around 15 people from across the state of Tennessee went. I didn't know any of the people who went with me on the trip. During the three week stay, I bonded with four girls who are in their early twenties. We meet up every 6 months or so, and just hang out. Even though we are all from Tennessee, we call ourselves the London Girls. The age gap does not matter to any of us. I love these girls so much. They are the daughters I never had. I have taken them letterboxing and thought I needed to hide one just for them. The word 'SNOG" is the British word for kiss. If the London girls were here right now, I would give them a big "SNOG" Here’s to you, Michelle, Kirsten, Megan, and Amanda. XOXOXO

Get off of I-40 at the Dickson exit. Turn left toward Hickman County. Go until you get to the only red light in East Hickman and then make a right onto Hwy 100. About 1 mile you will see McCord Walking Park on your right. Park and walk toward a sign that says “Trail Entrance” Do not stick to the black topped trail. Walk directly under the Trail Entrance sign and walk toward the woods. There is an opening and walk down this trail past 2 humps in the trail and a bench that will be on your right. Keep going until you see a field in front of you. Sit on that bench and look directly toward the field to your right. You see that old stump? “Snog” lies behind it.
