Clues to the “Summer Peter White Public Library” Letterbox
Peter White Public Library is located at 217 Front Street, in downtown Marquette.
Begin by standing on the sidewalk at the front of the library (West Front Street.)
As you face the front of the library, you will see two sets of stairs. Go up the first set of stairs.
Follow the sidewalk that veers off to the left side of the building. Continue to follow the sidewalk until it ends (The sidewalk runs into the side of the building.)
Turn left, and follow the side of the building. Continue past the Bob M. Laundre memorial tree.
Enter the path of the Butterfly garden. Watch out for the raccoons, bears, moose, and other animals!
When you reach the butterfly garden, you will be very close to the letterbox!
The letterbox is hidden between a creature of the water and a creature of the sky.
If you are still uncertain, take a rest on the bench, and enjoy the sight of the beautiful Columbines (Pink flowering plants) behind you.
