Replaced 6/13/13 with slightly adjusted clues.

Taking a trip down Memory Lane is fun & exhilarating. Join me as we go on a Home Town Visit. Nestled in and aroung Lake Maxinkuckee and the Culver Military Academy is Culver, IN, my home town. Culver is on SR-17. Traveling South from South Bend or Plymouth on 31, 17 is picked up in Plymouth. From the South, SR-10 is a good route, also from SR-31.
Nostalgiac moments are recalled as you see where you used to live. The beach where you went with friends and family, seeing and recalling where you used to live and work, your old school and hang-out places...Cafe Max offers not only a full menu but also memorabilia & pictures of local schools. If you graduated from CHS your class pictures appear on their walls.

As you come into the heart of downtown Culver, at the intersection of Main & Jefferson, you will see Heritage Park on the SouthWest corner. Once you park and walk into the park, you will notice many local citizens' names at your feet. They encircle the Christmas Tree there. Follow the walk of names past the Pergola. Find William & Agnes Ball inviting you to have a seat. See the wooden box in the corner of the park. Reach around and under the box on its' NW corner to find Hometown Visitor letterbox.
