This letterbox was part of the 2011 GO and Explore Your World! program, and was available from June 1, 2011 - September 5, 2011. Stay tuned for the 5th annual GO York program, to start in June 2012. Information about the program may be found at www.goyork.org.

The GO and Explore Your World! program uses checkpoints - wooden posts with engraved plates attached to them - instead of traditional letterboxes and stamps. Please carefully rub an impression from the engraved plate into your Passport (program guide), available at any York County Library.

This letterbox is located in Windsor Wonderland, Windsor Township. It is rated "moderate" by GO York standards.

- Start at the Freysville Park upper parking lot by the metal gate.
- Continue on the walking path, passing “Golden Gate Bridge” on your left.
- Travel north up the “Rocky Mountains” (hillside).
- Take a peek over the “Rocky Mountains” and be careful not to fall into “Death Valley” on the right (sand volleyball courts).
- Stop and cheer on your favorite tennis player at the U.S. Open (tennis courts).
- Continue through the “Rocky Mountains” and soon you will be approaching “Sequoia National Park” on your right (wooded area).
- Beware of the “Grand Canyon” (ditch).
- Ski down the slopes of the “Catskills” (hillside).
- As you ski down the slopes of the “Catskills”, you need to make a sharp left toward the “Golden Gate Bridge”.
- Cross over the “Golden Gate Bridge”.
- Cross through the “Plains” quickly so as not to disturb the Native Americans on the reservation. (If there is a game in session, go around)
- Pass through the “Twin Towers” (2 pear trees) taking a moment to remember and honor those who lost their lives.
- Explore the “Battlefields of Gettysburg” heading toward our country’s flag.
- Continue your journey turning right around the fenced-in “White House” (playground).
- Follow the “Oregon Trail” (walking path) to the beautiful “Horse Ranches of Texas” on your right. Yee Haw! (horseshoe pit)
- Continue following the Oregon Trail past the “Empire State Building” (pavilion) to your right.
- Your journey ends as you salute the flag for our great country, The United States of America!
