There is an arrow pointing to this box. Drive north on Hwy 32 in Racine County (this road is part of the Lake Michigan Circle Tour) and past the Y in the road that connects Hwy 32 with the road known as the "Green Bay Ethnic Trail" Stay on Hwy 32. At your left you will see a small park area (there is a parking lot). In this parking lot area there is a sign with a red arrow pointing west. Follow the red arrow 28 paces. Perhaps you will find the letterbox!
