Drive to Philipse Manor turn down Palmer Avenue towards the river go left at the end of the road turning into Kingsland Park. Proceed to the lower parking lot and park your car. There is a tree in the lot with a giant hole in the bottom. Dig toward the middle of the opening. You will find what you seek.
