Adult Clues
1. Come to the main gate of Hilllandale Park, and park in the first or second parking lot on the right.

FACT: Hillandale Park has 75 acres with 12 picnic shelters.

3. Find the bridge. Walk across the road. Walk along the path to the side trail. Take the side trail. Get on the elliptical cross- trainer. Do as many repetitions as you want.
FACT: Harrisonburg City was 17.394 square miles or 11,132.16 arces in 1992.

4. Continue up the path to the twister machine. If you want to have a twist go ahead. (This helps stretch your spine.)
FACT: In 1916 Harrisonburg was incorporated as an independent city. Four years later in 1920 census recorded the population of Harrisonburg as 5,875.

5. Then continue up the path. Next, you will see the seated chest press, go to it and do as many chest presses as you are old.
FACT: In 1789 the Masonic Order was formed in the city, making it the oldest organization still in existence in Harrisonburg.

6. When you’re done find a little white cross near the bushes. Figure out how old Shina was when she died.

7. From Shina’s cross go back to the path. Walk up the hill until you find two big rocks on each side of the path.

8. Stop and look to your left. Find the tree that looks like a V. Look up the tree and each part of the V forms a W.

9. There are about 3-4 pine trees on the left. There will be 1 big pine tree on the right of the tree.

10. Walk to the W tree. Once you’re there, walk behind the tree.

11. Watch for poison ivy!

12. Finally look down and dig for the treasure.

13. Now that you’re done, hang around and explore the rest of the park; there are lots of things to see and do.
