This letterbox is located at the Roads End Day Use Area in Lincoln City. Roads End is located on the beach at the northern end of Lincoln City.
Freddy spent the weekend in Lincoln City helping Tadpole celebrate her 12th Birthday. If you find Freddy be sure to e-mail Tadpole at hoppyhunters5@yahoo.com and wish her a Happy Birthday!
To locate Freddy start at the trail leading to the bathroom. With your back to the ocean hop across the entrance road on your left. Hop along the sidewalk towards the beach, continuing on the path past the signs telling about Oregon. Hop to the beginning of the fence, pass the picnic tables and continue to a break in the fence. Count eleven posts up to the bushes. Hop past two decaying logs and count three pieces of driftwood. You will find Freddy partying at the base of the third driftwood. He is sheltered by bark and rock.
Box was checked on 9/24/04 and log book was replaced. This has been a busy box.
