Start in the parking lot for the hiking trail across the street from the Walbaums in Rocky Point on 25A.

As you pull into the lot the trail entrance is to your left.

Starting at the beginning of the concrete path, walk approx 107 paces. Look to the left and see an old fire hydrant. Face the hydrant (with your back to the path). There is a small path to the left that you can take around to the hydrant.

There is a small tree with three trunks growing out of 1, almost in line with the hydrant. We marked this tree by tying a small vine loosely around the base.

Standing at this tree, with your back to the path look straight ahead and to the right (around the two 0-clock position). There is another tree with three trunks growing out of 1, only this one is larger.

Behind this larger tree we have hidden our letter box beneath some leaves and branches.

Please be sure to cover it well when you are done. Please use stealth and try to leave the area looking “natural”.

This is a moderately high traffic trail, and we want to keep the box safe.

Thanks and Good Luck!!!
