Cornerstone Christian Center has held a community wide Easter Egg Hunt for over 5 years. The Saturday before Easter, hundreds of children come out and enjoy finding thousands of eggs on the church lawn.
This letterbox is located at Brenham's Cornerstone Christian Center's parking lot. The church's address is 906 West Stone Street. When you arrive in Brenham at 290/36 South intersection(HEB/CVS shopping center), 36 South turns into South Day Street. Travel North on South Day Street passing a Sonic Drive In on your left. At the first stop light, turn left onto West Stone Street. Drive 6 blocks and the church will be on your right hand side. Pull into the parking lot and you will notice a large Oak Tree in the middle of the parking lot. Park near the tree. With your back facing the "Family Life Center", look at the base of the tree and you will see roots surrounded by rocks. "Easter Egg Hunt" is located in a hole/crevice inside a root, covered with a large rock. Church services are on Sundays and Wednesdays, so be discreet when you are letterboxing on those days.
