BOX TO BE REPLANTED AT DIFFERENT LOCATION

After Stuart visited Horton, he intended to head down the same trail in his search for his bird friend. But first he decided to visit the Letom fo Seiretsym Hctih Rekih Lestoh that was on a side trail nearby. Once back on the main trail, he zoomed past the sign of the wolf towards a creek crossing. “This might be a good place to launch a canoe that is sized just right for me”, he thought. After the stop at the creek, he took the equivalent of eighty-two of his parents’ steps. Looking north, he spied a 12” diameter tree with a smaller tree trying to twine around it. Five steps down from this tree, he found a stump against which he decided to make camp.

This box was planted while deep snow was on the ground. We will re-check the viability of the location after the snow has thawed. Please cover and rehide the box well. Please let me know how Stuart is doing.

Thank you to Super Hedge Hoggie for her donation of the stamp to the Parade of Books!
