NOTE: Missing 6/06
After playing eighteen holes of golf or an afternoon at the pool, make your way to the end of Falcon Crest Drive to sample Quail Ale, Eagle Crest’s exclusive offering in the realm of microbrews. Brewed in the scenic Deschutes River Canyon, this ale starts out just right. It goes down smooth and dark and soon you are left with a gravelly aftertaste. The fine water of the Deschutes River underlines a medley of powerful natural flavors with currant most apparent. When it’s time for a picnic, this brew is the perfect accompaniment. Our quality control process involves twelve careful steps before our hand-crafted ale is packed in its natural wooden crate, made from downed timber native to Central Oregon.
