Yale, MI may not have been famous “When Eastern Michigan Rode the Rails” but in 1989 it became known as the home of the Bologna Festival.
The festival is held during the last full weekend in July. There are outhouse races, a bologna ring toss, parades, a car show, card board boat races, an amazing display of fireworks, our own king & queen and of course food. Lots of tasty fried bologna sandwiches!
Once in Yale find your way to the library. Enter the building and proceed to the conference room.

Due to library conference room renovations this LB has moved. It's still in the conference room but now behind locked glass. You will have to ask the librarian to open the case. The staff is always changing so they may not even know that it's there.
It is here you will find what you seek.
** before heading to Yale check with the library for hours of operation and that nothing’s ‘booked’ in the conference room that day.
