Further to the North on the sidewalk, past the painted pipes, eventually you come to a point where you can see golf, slides, and a Christmas tree tower all at the same time.
Look to the right and you will see a triangle of trees.
On the back side of the furthest tree you will find a small hollow. Deep inside the hollow you will find the box.
