The Wadsworth Mansion at Long Hill Estate
421 Wadsworth Street
Less than a mile round trip.
Park in the lot to the right of the mansion or in the overflow lot in the back. Find the gravel trail on the left side of the mansion that leads to an Adirondacks style bridge. After crossing the bridge turn right and immediately left onto the blue blazed trail (there will be blue blazes in front of you but don't go straight). This trail will go up and up and up but is pretty easy because of the switchbacks. At the top of the hill go left (right is private property) and watch on the left for a tree with sticks and brush on one side of it and a pile of cut logs on the other side. The box is in the top of this log pile. To best get the box go to the backside and remove one smaller stick almost in the center of the pile. The box is under this small piece of wood.
