This letterbox is for a limited time only (October 31st to November 30th) and is located on the outskirts of Prospect Hill Cemetary.
Approach the cemetary from the South Kingsborough side heading towards Fulton Street. Just after you pass Orange street on your right, pull over. Across from 23 South Kingsborough you find a large stump in between two towering obelisks. Look to the right side of stump to get your 'candy'. Replace and rehide as usual. Trick or Treat!
