Water Logged Yellow Rabbit

You will find this challenging box as you travel to Creasey Mahan Nature Preserve , a 168 acre non profit nature preserve formerly know as Hill O’Content Farm http://creaseymahannaturepreserve.org/index.html on the edge of Jefferson/Oldham Counties near Goshen, KY. From I-264E, also known as Watterson Expressway, take the Brownsboro Road (US 42) exit. Travel 8.3 miles to Hgwy 1793 and turn left. Travel .9 miles to Harmony Landing Road. It’s just .2 miles to the entrance of Creasey Mahan.
You may want to print a map from the website as trails are not always clearly marked. Visit the nature center and then view the old Mahan Manor. Continue past the Nature Center and turn onto Mahan Lane marked by a distant arbor. Hop through the arbor and turn right to get on the Arboretum Trail. It will pass soccer fields on your right. Continue past two wooden benches on your left. Take the trail to your left after you pass the benches. It’s a wide avenue. Follow this trail to the first waterfall. You’ll scurry down steps to your right and if in luck will see a beautiful little waterfall. Proceed across the wooden bridge and gnaw on your carrot snack you brought with you. While pondering how you are so unique to be a yellow rabbit, look for the split tree. Take 36 steps on the little trail to your right. Swivel your rabbit ears to the left and see a hollow log about ½ way up the hill. There you will find the treasure you seek, but search carefully front and rear until you wag your tail in delight when you find what you seek.
