This in one of our favorite westwood trails. You can get a map at bishops orchard which isn't a bad idea. The trail is rocky so make sure you have on good hiking shoes! It is located off of 146 on Quarry Road. If traveling on 95, get off Exit 56 in Branford. 146 is the road towards the water in Stony Creek. On your left you will come to Quarry Road. Where the pavement ends and the road becomes dirt, on your right hand side you will see a large parking lot. Park here. the trail starts beyond the large metal gate.
Start on the old orange trail which is now marked with White circle markers. The trail will widen. You will see three white circle markers on a large oak. Take a left on the small trail. If you pass by the large rock wall you went to far. Start your journey through the beautiful quarry up and down over the rocks. Sometimes throughout the year there is a small waterfall. On your right you will see old splitting spikes in the rocks. You will pass a white circle marker on your left with a smily face on it. The Rocky trail will end and you will come to a calm trail. Look for a tree with a white and orange marker on it. There is a large rock with a fissure on the face of it to your left. Move the small rock and behind it your will find your first chinese wish.
Continue on the trail through the woods and up a long hill through the pines. The Orange trail will join the green trail. just before the junction on your left is a stone wall. Hidden behind a few small rocks you will find your second chinese wish.
Take a right on the green trail. Go straight through the pine cone covered trail for a while. Go over a rock with a small hill and then there will be another rock knoll and a large 3 sister oak about 20 steps off the trail to your right. Look in the tree for your third chinese wish.

Continue on the trail and it will join orange again. Take a right on the orange trail. There will be a pond on your left. On your right hand side you will come to a large rock wall. At the end of the wall hidden behind some rocks you will find the last chinese wish. Continue staight to the parking lot. Hope you enjoy!
