One of the last great Victorian mansions still standing, you will find it just across the street from where you go to borrow books.Today it used for fine parties, and houses a revolving art gallery upstairs. It's fun to visit inside, too.

The Wascally Wabbit is rarely seen
except once a year for tea on the green

When you arrive at the grand mansion, have a gaze in the reflecting pool. Turn and look at the mansion. Hop up the stone staircase and over the hill. Look for the house of glass. Next to it on the left side, you will see a white picket gate with a circular portal. Hop over and enter here. There is such a fine array of plants to nibble inside! Take your seat on the trellis bench and admire the roses for a moment. Stand and turn towards 10 o'clock and take 26 rabbit hops (paces). Squat down to rabbit level. Look about to find a small window- a rabbit window that might take you down the rabbit hole... but certainly you will find what you are looking for there.
