Enter Black bear Mt. trailhead (on route 28 in inlet,NY) register and follow the yellow trail. Pass through the first small clearing. just before the second small clearing (if you got to the fork you have gone to far). You will see a large rock on your left at the edge of the trail under the rock you will see the black bears covered with a SPOL.
