Go to Letchworth State Park, Castile, N.Y.
Follow the Park Map to the Trailside Lodge.
Hike up the sledding hill.
At the shack, turn right (NE) into the woods on the grassy path.
First the path will go downhill, then uphill.
Go past the barbwire-fenced shack, then behind it.
Follow a grassy path past wires and onto downhill path (toward left).
There will be a large tree in front of you; go past it into the fallen logs to a trio of stumps.
Find box in crevice of middle stump.
