First, a disclaimer. This box will require you to go up approximately seven hills, some of which are fairly steep. One in particular is not recommended without some kind of a hiking staff or similar equipment. Even if you make it up, getting back down safely on the gravel and shale will be extremely difficult without something to brace yourself. This box is not recommended for the physically unfit, the small, the infirm, those with a crippling fear of heights, the lazy, those who are in it only for the stamp, or those who think that sandals and crocs are suitable hiking attire.

As for the five of you who are left, here's how to get there. Go to the Mocanaqua Trail Loop and follow the multiple trails to Emergency Station #1. (First hill down.) From here, follow the green blazes at 75 degrees. The trail takes a hard left off of the road bed into the woods before going up a not inconsequential hill. A green arrow on a tree points to a nice view. Enjoy it. You will go up more hills, but this is the best view on the way to this box.

Now for the granddaddy of them all. Yep, that one. If you're having second thoughts, listen to them. After this hill, there are another three (I may have lost count) before the trail bends to the right, with a large boulder and a warty tree visible to the left. The trail goes through a more densely wooded portion as it goes up a short rise (where there is a fallen tree that makes a nice bench) and ultimately up more of a hill. At the last hill, the trail makes a sharp left (almost a U-turn) before heading noticeable downhill. The trees in this area are somewhat shorter. At the hard left, look to your left to see a large boulder and a fallen tree that is propped up by another tree. SPOR at root end of fallen tree.
