Take Route 5 (south of Buffalo near the Skyway) to the Outer Harbor Drive exit where you'll find a parking lot for the "Greenway Trail" near Lake Erie.
Once you've parked, follow the main trail until the "Y", take the path to the left.
You will be walking along Lake Erie on your right. Please take time to enjoy all the sights and beauty of this wonderful place.
Look for the 1.0 mile marker directly on the path. Once you have spotted it, follow the turn immediately after it.
As you walk a bit more, you should see two large trees on your left in the brush.
Make your way through the brush to the left tree. At the base on the back side of the tree under a rock you shall find what you seek.
