Can you find the Pack 7 "Leave Only Footprints II" letterbox?
Begin in the Meigs Point Nature Center Parking lot. Head to the far end of the parking lot in the opposite direction of the boardwalk and beach area. Cross through the field and to the right of the pavilion toward an opening in the trees. Once you approach the opening you'll see a clearly marked gravel path. Follow the path until you come to the first bridge. Take a second to enjoy the views on both sides of this bridge. While following the path keep an eye out for trees with holes in them. Who do you think lives in there? Continue on the path until you see the second bridge which takes you to the viewing platform. Immediately before you get to the bridge, look to your right. You will see 3 large pieces of driftwood that are lying scattered on the ground. Take a look in the hollowed out end of the farthest log (the one with its end closest to the marsh) and you'll find our letterbox. Remember to sign our logbook to let us know you visited. Have fun!
