Nestled in the middle of the Rose Park neighborhood of Long Beach you will find "The Skinny House" at 708 Gladys Ave. When a friend wagered owner Mr. Rummond that he couldn't build a house on such a tiny lot, he constructed this three-story, 860 square-foot structure that is only 10 feet wide. According to the Guinness Book of World Records, it is the skinniest house in America.
Follow Polaris for 400 ft, turn right and walk around. Stand in the center, face the icon and go to the green cube. Reach under, front and center.
When you're finished, make sure the logbook and stamp are both sealed in the bag, since this container isn't airtight. |
