From the junction of route 104 and state route 3A, take RTE 3A for approx.two (2) miles to West Shore road. Take a left on W. Shore Rd.
Follow this scenic road around the West side of beautiful Newfound Lake.
Follow this road approx. seven (7) miles to the small town of Hebron. At the end of W. Shore rd. take a left on Groton Rd. This is also known as the Sculptured rocks Rd. Go up this road approx. (3-1/2) three and one-half miles. Watch for signs. Parking is on the left side. Follow the path to the foot bridge spanning the Sculptured Rocks Gorge. Be careful when exploring the gorge as the rocks can be slippery.
Walk across the foot bridge and start up the trail. After about 100 feet, look to your right and explore the old cellar hole.
Continue up the trail a short distance to the twin birch trees on your left.
These trees form a "V" shape . Look behind the trees at the base and beneath a stone and some leaves, you will find the box you are looking for.
This area is highly traveled during the warmer months, so be sure to cover and hide it well when you are through.

Remember to bring your camera, towels, and fishing gear. This is a beautiful trip through a beautiful part of New Hampshire. With Mountains, streams, hiking trails, and Newfound Lake close by, your sure to find lots of activities to keep you occupied.
