To find the location of this box you must first answer these trivia questions:

1. These large diurnal birds of prey of the family Accipitridae, including members of the genera Aquila and Haliaeetus, characterized by a powerful hooked bill, keen vision, long broad wings, and strong soaring flight are called what?

2. These Native American people formerly inhabiting eastern Alabama, southwest Georgia, and northwest Florida and now located in central Oklahoma and southern Alabama. Were removed to Indian Territory in the 1830s. What are they called?

The answers to those two questions will lead you to a recreational area close to Multnomah Falls and close to Corbett Oregon.

Once you find this area you want to begin your search by locating and parking near the picnic area. You can also park at the front of this area but then you will have to walk back to the picnic area, and well it is not a far walk at all so it is really all up to you.

Once you find the picnic area head straight, you will see a bridge, you need to cross it. When letterboxing in a party I highly suggest the person in the back (the last to cross the bridge) hold and read the clues. Why? So you see this part where I tell you to jump up and down and shake the bridge to instill the fear of god in anyone in your party that is afraid of heights as Iron`Bear did to me.

Once you cross the bridge you need to locate a trail that is for the Hiker in you. Take notice that nobody else other than you, the Hiker, is allowed on this trail.

Head up the trail a bit and you will have a body of water on your left hand side. Soon you will come across a place to sit and a water fountain on your right. Now if you follow the trail just around the corner you will come to a large deciduous moss covered tree. Where of course the number of trees doesn’t really match the number of bases. Once you see the tree the hiding place will become most obvious.

Happy Hunting!
