This is a drive by box just outside the town of Lake Placid. It is located at the North Country School and Camp Treetops entrance. Look it up online to find the address and directions. Peruse the website to see what kind of place it is. If you come to find this box, you'll be within sight of the barn and may hear the sheep and horses. If you come at the right time, you might see the kids out doing barn chores or riding the horses.
Feel free to make it a quick stop and move on or to learn a little more about the place. Either way, once you have the address and are on your way, you are looking for a sign announcing North Country School and Camp Treetops. Pull into the turnaround and park the car. In the patch of grass in the middle of the turnaround where the sign is, there is one big tree. Between sign and big tree is a small patch of brush and a little evergreen. Look at the base of the little guy.
Bring your own ink, preferably green!
