The Clifton Commons has one of the best parks around. It is a large brown wooden structure that is great for playing tag, hide and seek, and many other great games. My kids have enjoyed playing at this park for many years. I hope that you will have a chance to stop and play on the way to finding this letterbox.
Park at the playground parking lot and follow the brick walkway around the playground to the right. When you find the swings, not fenced in, cut through the trees and into the field.
You will see basketball courts past the fields. You will need to walk towards the left back corner of the basketball courts. Turn left and walk between the woods and the basketball courts.
When you get to the end of the courts you will see a row of pine trees. Walk between the pine trees and the woods until you get to the stairs of the stage. Walk around the back of the stage. When you get to the end of the building you need to stop. Walk around 10 adult steps or 14 kid steps. Turn left.
Walk to the edge of the woods. Travel around 18 adult steps into the woods. You will see a woodpile in between two large trees. Our letterbox is placed on the right back corner of the pile hiding under a few pieces of wood.
