The "Salt Lick" letterbox is located near Driftwood, at the fine country eatery. Bring your cooler with your favorite drinks, and enjoy the music, then the food!! BBQ!!
Directions:
From Driftwood, go north on Hwy 150 for about a mile, then right on FM 1826. About a mile, turn left into entry for The Salt Lick. You will be directed to where to park.
To the Letterbox:
After eating, come out of courtyard area heading for parking. Go to far left side and then right to the picket fenced garbage area. Just left of that is a wood rail fence crossstacked. Go through opening between large picket fence and rail fence, then right along the rail fence to where an electrical meter is. The box is at cross stack below it, about 1 foot off the ground (green container, square).
