Letterbox name-"Twinkle Toes"

Location- Lyles, Tennessee

Walking Required

I think this is the first letterbox to be hidden in Hickman County. YEAH!!!
Get off at the I-40 west exit of 172 in Dickson, Tennessee. Make a left and travel into Hickman County. From the interstate you need to go maybe 6 or 7 miles until you get to the only red light there is. Make a right onto Hwy 100 west and go about another mile to the Buford McCord Walking Park on the right. This is a new park and we are proud to have it.

You can park at the community center or in the new park parking lot and then begin on foot. Walk past the flag pole and the evergreen tree{on your right} this tree is lite every year at Christmas in honor of the park. You should loop around to the left until you see a big yellow sign that says "Trail Entrance" Keep in mind that this park is still under construction. Do not stick to the black topped path, you need to take the path into the woods.

You will go down the path until you see some big rocks on the sides of it. Keep going on past two big dips in the path. From the second dip walk on until directly in front of you will be a family of saplings and a post with a red tip plus an orange ribbon tied around it. Look to your right and find the divorced tree. Go to that tree. It is off the beaten path. Turn around and look to the right. See that tree with a natural hole in the bottom. That's it. If you get to the cow field, you have gone too far.
