The Nara Recreation area is where you should head. Park at the Nara Nature Part Trail Head to the East of the Humane Society building. Take the board walk on the left. At the end of the boards go past the large stump that looks like it could be a chair, a few paces along the trail you will find a dead stump with a large tree downed to the left. Be careful not to fall down the hill with it. At the base of the stump, tangled in the roots is what you seek.
