> start at entrance of Baraga State Park in L'anse, MI
> to your right, is a big brick building, those are the bathrooms there is an information sign in front of them
> to the left of that there is a trail about 3/4 mile long. you can chose to do the whole thing or just to the box.
> go on the trail to the railroad tracks
> from there go 62-70 steps/paces straight.
> on your left you will see a tree with a 3 painted on it
> keep going straight 26-31 steps on your left you will see a tree with a 5 painted on it
> keep going up hill about 12-17 steps to a red diamond on a tree
> go up to the highest point where a tree and its roots are sticking up
> go forward 35-45 steps look to your left, there is a high up stump in the middle of two pine trees
> in the stump is the box
you have reached your destination
please rehid well with leaves or something else do not take it with you it is not a hitch-hiker
